Who we are

BRAINBODY was born from a shared calling between two women (Brianna and Breanna) who spent years walking parallel paths in the worlds of physical health, behavioral science, and holistic wellness. As professionals, coaches, and mothers, we saw a repeating pattern in our clients, our communities, and even in ourselves: people were doing “all the right things” to feel better- but still felt stuck, dysregulated, disconnected, or depleted.

We each had been trained to address parts of the human experience- the body or the brain- but not often both in harmony. Over time, it became clear: true, lasting healing couldn’t come from treating just one side of the equation. The body and the brain don’t heal separately. They are in constant conversation. And that conversation needed to be taught, understood, and practiced in a way that was accessible, integrative, and empowering.

So, we joined forces. With a shared passion for science-backed methods, trauma-informed care, and whole-person transformation, we created BRAINBODY- a space, a method, and a mission that honors the powerful relationship between the nervous system, the mind, the soul and the physical body.

Our work blends neurodevelopmental tools, somatic practices, psychosynthesis, functional fitness, and practical coaching to help people move from dysregulation to deep connection- with themselves and the world around them.

At its core, BRAINBODY is more than a method. It’s a movement- to bring people home to themselves through awareness, regulation, integration, and self-mastery.
